“I have had issues with my teeth for years as I had a fear of dentists as a teenager. I noticed an advert in the newspaper for Sparkle and noticed I worked locally to them and was ideal to travel to, so I picked up the phone to make an appointment.
The team at Sparkle were especially kind and empathetic on the phone and in person I was treated the same.
The staff go over and above in making people feel comfortable. The first couple of visits I was very nervous but the staff put me at ease.
I wanted to get my teeth straightened for a while so after my initial consultation we decided to use the new Damon braces. They were fitted in April and I had to come back every 6 weeks, to check the progress and tighten them. The Sparkle team are stars on every occasion, always putting my needs first. All the steps were explained in great detail and I felt very secure under their care as I knew what to expect during my visits.
The braces came off in December and I am absolutely ecstatic with the result. The results are fantastic and all my friends are commenting on how great it looks.
