Meet our amazing practice manager, Kavita Verma, who has extensive experience in human resources. Her management has guided Sparkle Dental Boutique to great success, with the practice being awarded the British Dental Association’s Good Practice Award and the Investor in People standard.
Kavita is Sunita’s sister and says that working with her sibling is great, especially since they have different roles within the practice. Sunita takes care of the patient’s clinical needs and promotes good oral health, while Kavita oversees customer service and makes sure that each patient’s experience is enjoyable and stress-free.
Kavita has worked in human resources for several years. She most recently spent time in the aerospace industry and her experience, expertise and managerial skills have proven instrumental in the success of the boutique. She says that switching her attention to the dental industry has been exciting and that she has learned a great deal—so much so that many people often mistake her for a dentist!
During her time at Sparkle Dental Boutique near Brentford, her highlight has been getting to know the patients and working with a great team of dentists, nurses and hygienists. The dental team works hard to ensure patients receive the highest standards of care and customer service, and the practice also complies with rigorous policies and standards set by governing bodies.
Kavita is sociable, warm and friendly, and she is always happy to stop and chat to patients, many of whom live locally.
Away from the practice, Kavita has a range of interests and hobbies. She is an animal lover and has a particular fondness for elephants. One day she hopes to help out at an elephant orphanage in Sri Lanka. She also enjoys spending time with friends and family, reading, travelling and walking.
